| Your employer has selected Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC to service your employee stock option plan. As part of the services provided, Fidelity has established an account to manage your stock plan activity. To view your stock plan information, log into Fidelity.com, then select Portfolio under the Accounts & Trade tab. Here you can view the stock options granted to you by your employer, create a hypothetical model of what would happen if you exercised an option, and select an option to exercise.

| Use Fidelity's Stock Option summary screens and tools to access grant data, model your stock options, and select an option to exercise online. Stock option grant data is accessible by viewing your estimated unexercised stock option balance in the
Accounts & Trade tab » Portfolio view.
From here you can access a wide variety of detailed information regarding your stock options. This service allows you to easily identify which options have vested, and when you are ready, you can initiate your exercise right on line. There is also a

provided for you so you can estimate your proceeds and potential tax implications before exercising. |

| Once you've decided to exercise your options, the exercise transaction will occur in your Stock Option Plan. Upon settlement, all cash and stock proceeds will be deposited into your Fidelity Account as illustrated below. You can log in to view these accounts through the Accounts & Trade tab > Portfolio.

| You should also note that the balance in your stock option plan will have decreased in the amount of your exercised options |
