The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies. It invests in the securities of companies located in at least three countries. The fund typically invests between 25-75% of total assets in securities of U.S. companies and between 25-75% of total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies. Its foreign investments include foreign government obligations and foreign common stock. The fund does not expect to invest more than 15% of assets in securities of companies based in emerging markets. Class I shares are available to the general public. Fidelity funds, money market funds, funds redeemed through the Personal Withdrawal Service, and shares purchased through dividend reinvestment are excluded from this fee.
