The investment seeks current income, preservation and growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of U.S. equity and fixed-income securities. It invests approximately 50-75% of total assets in common stock, including securities convertible into common stock, and up to 50% of assets in U.S. government securities and debt securities rated within the two highest grades assigned by Moodys or by Standard & Poors. The fund may also invest up to 20% of assets in unrated or lower rated debt securities.

  1. Fidelity reserves the right to change the funds available without transaction fees and reinstate the fees on any funds. Fidelity will charge a short term trading fee each time you sell or exchange shares of FundsNetwork No Transaction Fee (NTF) funds held less than 180 days (short-term trade).
