The investment seeks appreciation of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in a diversified portfolio of the common stocks of IPOs at the time of the offering and in subsequent aftermarket trading. It limits aftermarket investments to those IPOs that have one or more of the following characteristics: (i) limited research; (ii) unseasoned trading; (iii) limited float; (iv) limited public ownership; (v) limited operating history; or (vi) are relatively unknown in the U.S. capital markets.

Fidelity funds, money market funds, funds redeemed through the Personal Withdrawal Service, and shares purchased through dividend reinvestment are excluded from this fee.
