		Fidelity has announced the launch of its "Be the Green Line" video contest. Based on the company's "Turn Here" ad campaign, the online contest challenges people to "Be the Green Line", and submit a video that creatively interprets the well-known advertising theme.

		Is Gen Y Growing Up? A Fidelity study revealed a shift towards conservatism for Gen Y when it comes to financial and employment matters. 18% of employees with an employer-sponsored retirement savings plan now consider saving for retirement to be their "most crucial goal" versus just 13% in 2008. Also, 24% of Gen Y individuals intend to remain with their current employer until retirement, up from 13% in early 2008.
