Fidelity NASDAQ Composite Index Tracking Stock Declares Quarterly Income Dividend

BOSTON, December 16, 2004 -- Fidelity Investments announced today that the Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share from net investment income. The dividend is payable on Thursday, December 23, 2004, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, December 21. The ex-dividend date is Friday, December 17. The quarterly distribution includes approximately $0.86 per share of dividends received from a special $3 dividend paid by Microsoft Corporation.
