BOSTON, March 12, 2004 -- Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite® Index Tracking Stock
(NASDAQ: ONEQ) announced today that it will declare a quarterly income dividend
payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, March 23, 2003. The amount of the dividend will be determined after the close of the market on Thursday, March 18, 2004. The dividend will be paid on Friday, March 26, 2004.
