Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock To Declare Distribution

BOSTON, December 16, 2003 -- Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) announced today that it will declare a quarterly distribution payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2003. The amount of such distribution will be determined after the close of the market on December 18, 2003. The distribution will be paid on December 26, 2003.
