Fidelity helps plan sponsors identify opportunities for improvement by offering detailed retirement plan analysis complete with industry benchmark comparisons.

•		Executive Briefing Document - Provides a detailed executive overview of plan milestones, statistics and trend data, including employee segment and individual participant level data, such as age-based asset allocation and personal rate of return.
•		Retirement Plan Review - Provides a comprehensive plan review, including participation analysis, contribution levels, fiduciary considerations, investment choices and industry benchmarking to help plan sponsors identify opportunities for improving plan effectiveness.
•		Investment Review - Provides a performance overview of both the market as a whole, as well as the plan's specific investment line-up, to help plan sponsors determine appropriate investment strategies and to assist them with managing their fiduciary responsibilities.

Prescribe Solutions for Improvement

Fidelity guides plan sponsors through comprehensive business planning and prescribes a variety of solutions for plan improvement which might include adding an automatic increase program to increase overall participant savings rates, rolling out a personalized employee communication program to target a specific employee segment or taking advantage of 404(c) protection to reduce risk of litigation.
