Tailored 401(k) - Offers substantial flexibility in plan design for companies with more than $2M in assets, or companies with more than 150 employees looking to start a plan. The tailored 401(k) features a full range of investment options, including brokerage and mutual fund windows, as well as proactive plan management and consultation from a dedicated Fidelity relationship manager.

Standard 401(k) - Offers a straightforward retirement plan solution for companies with less than $2M in assets, or companies with fewer than 150 employees. The standard 401(k) provides a full range of mutual fund options, featuring a service platform designed to provide proactive compliance support, while minimizing plan administration.

Payroll Processing - Provides an extensive range of payroll functions, including gross to net and payment processing, balancing and reconciliation.

Comprehensive Tax Filing Service - Calculates and withholds employer and employee tax liabilities, prepares and files tax deposits and returns, prepares and transmits W-2s and W-3s, and responds to tax-related inquiries from tax authorities.
